- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons white vinegar
- ½ teaspoon ground cumin
- ½ teaspoon red chili flakes (optional)
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ cup water
Step-by-Step Instructions
1. Prepare the Crispy Onions:
- Toss the sliced onions with flour and salt until coated.
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat and fry the onions until golden brown and crispy.
- Remove and place on a paper towel to drain excess oil. Set aside.
