Ingredients Tomato and Burrata Salad:

  • 2 large heirloom tomatoes, sliced
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 ball of burrata cheese
  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic glaze
  • Fresh basil leaves
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste
  • Optional: Crushed red pepper flakes for a slight kick

Instructions:

  1. Arrange the sliced heirloom tomatoes and halved cherry tomatoes on a serving plate.
  2. Gently place the burrata in the center of the plate.
  3. Drizzle with olive oil and balsamic glaze.
  4. Season with salt and freshly ground black pepper.
  5. Garnish with fresh basil leaves and optional crushed red pepper flakes.
