Ingredients Tomato and Burrata Salad:
- 2 large heirloom tomatoes, sliced
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 ball of burrata cheese
- 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tablespoon balsamic glaze
- Fresh basil leaves
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
- Optional: Crushed red pepper flakes for a slight kick
Instructions:
